When will I receive my reading?

Your reading will be delivered within 1-2 weeks excluding holidays. You will receive a detailed, written report answering your questions, analyzing your chart and interpretations. That you can keep and reference for ongoing guidance and reflection. You will receive your reading via email once it has been completed.

Do you offer refunds?

No, all sales are final. By booking a reading with me, you confirm that you agree to my policies. Due to the time, energy, and preparation that goes into each reading, refunds, cancellations, or disputes will not be accepted once you purchase. Please ensure you are certain of your purchase before booking.

Additionally, incorrect birth details (such as an incorrect birth time or date provided by the client) will not qualify for a refund. Please double-check your details before submitting!

 

What if I don’t know my exact birth time?

You can still order a reading! However, without a birth time, some placements (such as house placements and the Ascendant) cannot be determined. Your reading will focus on planetary aspects, sign placements, and other factors that do not require a birth time.​​

Absolutely Cosmical uses Western astrology with the Placidus house system with a modern and psychological approach while also incorporating traditional techniques when necessary.
